Return & Exchange Policy
At AMMAR FASHION, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how returns and exchanges work.
1. RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All tags and original packaging must be intact.
- The item must not fall under our non-returnable categories (see below).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items
- Partywear, fancy, and bridal items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Personalized or custom-made items
2. EXCHANGE POLICY
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we’re happy to help! Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be eligible for return (see above).
- The desired replacement item must be in stock.
- Exchanges are only available for items of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
1. Visit our Returns Portal: https://ammarfashion.co.uk/a/return.
2. Fill out the return/exchange form with your order details.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags.
4. Include a note with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
5. Ship the item to our returns address (see below).

5. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. AMMAR FASHION is not liable for any lost or damaged return packages.
6. PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your return or exchange request, please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been completed.
7. EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS
If you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the new item. We will notify you of any additional charges before processing your exchange.
8. DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at info@ammarfashion.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
